Part of the multidisciplinary team commissioned to design an immersive cultural experience of the story of the UAE in the upcoming World Expo Dubai 2020.
“Kossmanndejong and Tellart were selected by the National Media Council of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to jointly serve as the Lead Designer for the host country pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai. The Amsterdam-based agencies decided to unite forces, establishing a new joint venture for this project called KDJT, to present a strong integration between media and scenography which resulted in winning the competition. The UAE Pavilion building has been designed by Santiago Calatrava and expects to receive millions of visitors during the six months of Expo 2020 Dubai. Expo 2020 Dubai has been postponed to 2021”
